How about Vitali Klitschko he was tossed off the Olympic team for juicing up are his wins too tarnished ?? Both these two were proven cheats nothing has ever been proven agaionst Margarito

Absolutely ... Unless there are drug tests to prove that there was no EPO use then there is no reason to believe that the only time they used was when they got caught. So one would tend to assume that there was EPO use at other times. So in my opinion, yes, those wins should be in question. And again, just because there were no legal charges it doesn't mean nothing was proven, the suspensions alone are reason to believe something was not right, whether plaster or illegal gauze pad or whatever it was.
