Then why did Javier Cap, Margarito's longtime trainer, admit that the CSAC's accusations were correct? He admitted his guilt and apologized. I've told you this about a hundred times but I can't physically force you to open up a new tab in your internet browser and look into it further. You have to want to know the truth. Some day, you just might. And when that happens, all of these pro-Margarito posts you have made in your current state of denial will bring embarrassment to you.

All Javier Capetillo admitted to was ACCIDENTLY putting a used pad instead of a new one in the wrap. The CSAC Insp passed & signed off on the wrap
The pad was deemed harmless by the testing lab hired by the CSAC At most the offence was merely a technical one as the pad was of no advantage to Margarito nor detriment to Mosely.
Ive known Antonio since 1999 & followed this scenario practically daily throughout

If Margarito did not cheat or do anything wrong but he was set up by the CSAC (according to your observations above) then why didn't he sue the CSAC? and why did he accept the punishment (1 year suspension)? :huh Please explain.

Nobody does nothing if he or she did not commit a crime. Right?

The guy was average at best. How does a guy with so few significant wins and so many losses get treated like some sort of superstar?

Its been repeated here many times, what Javier Capetillo is guilty of is planting a used knucklepad in Margaritos' wraps.
The knucklepad is supposed to be made of fresh guaze, not used, because if used over and over again, it gets compressed and becomes firmer and a little harder than a fresh knucklepad.

What Javier Capetillo did was illegal, but he should have been disciplined for that, not for planting plaster in Margarito's wraps which is not true.

If Margarito would have walked into the ring against Mosley with the used knucklepads, they would not have been more illegal than the duct tape Manny Pacquiao was allowed to use between his fingers against the same Margarito.
In fact, the way Pacquiao was allowed to wrap was more dangerous to an opponent than Margarito's used knucklepad.

I get people wanted him more than Baldomir, but Baldomir was the lineal champ.

Shortly after he lost to Williams which hurt the appeal of a fight.

When he beat Cotto there definitely should have been a fight but Floyd retired and Margo got sparked.

The hell out of here with that noise. Nothing overrated about that win against cotto. Show me proof the guy fought illegal against cotto that night. All I saw was a huge imposing fighter with a granite jaw and endless stamina wearing down another fighter and making him quit. Marg is a straight up warrior who broke some fighters.

How convenient that Mayweather retired when two big welterweights are on the scene, Margarito and WIlliams, and he comes back when they're gone and two featherweights have stepped into the weight class.
That just must have been a coincidence! :nut
