Well, what Margarito has over Hoya is obviously he ain't going to gas because stamina is his strength. Also, he isn't afraid to punch, he can pull the trigger even when he's being peppered. Infact it seems to inspire him.

But people really need to come out with better analysis than "Marg is a monster he KO's his ass he's too big!". We already heard that dumb **** before this.

If that ever happened I bet Pacquiao makes him look stupid for 6 rounds at least, even if he gets worn down eventually. Enough to make these annoying predictions that only talk about size, and the nature of them that suggests it won't be at all competetive look stupid.

People forgot who Margarito is. Let me remind them. :D Pacquiao will be going up against this guy and you think he can KO him or beat him.

hell no. i speak volume for something that i have seen. and that's 147.
look. no matter how taller margo is, if the fight is carried at 147, then i will give pac a chance. you can say all the praises for margo. taller, younger, throw volume of punches... but the thing is he is slow and not a power puncher. and pac is not a stationary guy. margo would get frustrated.

    But....

Margarito is a monster. He probably does KO Pac. And it is because he's too big.

    So what's your problem?

Pac's problem would be that he doesn't hit hard enough to keep Margo off him. Margo isn't going to be boxing from the outside so Pac can avoid and counter, he'll be able to plow in, head first and park under his chin. Pac doesn't have the power to stop him doing that, because freaking Cintron and Cotto don't have the power to stop Margo doing that. If he was as slick as Mayweather, he might have a chance, but he isn't and he'd get beaten down. Though I'm sure he'd put up a good fight while it lasted and not ***** out.

Not necessarily to compare yet. I doubt this fight will happen, Arum would save Margarito if PBF wants to come back, while Arum would probably pick Hatton for Pac to see if he is capable fighting PBF.

    Mayweather:
    SD win against Dela Hoya
    KO win against Hatton

    Pacquiao:
    KO win against Dela Hoya
    ??? Hatton

He's not a monster, hes human. He's a very slow, strong chinned come forward fighter that is easy to hit. One that is very beatable (and has been beaten numerous times) for the right style of fighter. That isn't a monster to me. That would imply he's near unbeatable and he's not even close to being that.

Hatton would give Pac a lot more trouble than he did Floyd. They are the same height but Hatton obviously has a larger frame. This won't do Pacman any good I think he gets outmuscled and clearly beaten. It could be competitive.
