Margo is a good welter, but a prime Tito at 147? gimme a break. Even margos chin wouldn't hold. Margo's style is taylor made for Tito.

Margarito takes a better shot than Campas.

Trinidad has also been decked by guys with less offense than Margarito.

It'd be a damn good fight. I don't know who would win but neither guy would give up.

 

How do you fail to see the difference in offensive skill level between the two? Not only a ridiculous difference in power but speed and in ability to throw combinations! Margarito is absolutely tailor made for Trinidad.atsch

 

I dont think its that easy to decide. Both guys like eachothers style. You need to box to beat both. Tito has more skill but i think Margo is tougher. not sure who would win.

Margarito will be game whiile the fight lasts but I have yet to see someone stand in front of tito and see the final bell. At 147 tito would be the bigger man the harder puncher, the more accurate puncher, have faster hands, be more skilled etc etc. The only place I think margarito would have an advantage is in the chin category and Tito's power would be enough to negate that advantage.

Yeah, but Tito most likely beats Margarito.

I've never seen Margarito hurt before, but Tito hits just as hard, (harder of course with his left hook), and is more elusive than Cintron.

On top of that, and most importantly, his heart is about 10 times Cintron's size.

We'll see how tough Margarito is when he fights Cotto.
