The contract has to be changed because if not, the POWER to make or break the fight would reside with the JMM Camp. Meaning that if JMM walks away, he is entitled to do so. So, as long as Mayweather comes in 147 and below, there is no way in hell that JMM can walk away from a fight he was already severely disadvantaged.
