You are aware that phony or false charges can result in the accusing party of being responsible for the defendents defense fees? You know that?

He says a lot of stuff, and I'm quite sure you don't take everything he says as fact.. Why do it with that statement when tons of his on camera actions portray him in a negative light? Loving your kids has nothing to do with being a positive influence on millions of others watching him... I mean he supposedly beat his baby moms in front of the kid and threatened him, that sound like someone who cares what millions of kids watching him think? No...

Lance, sometimes you're so silly, that it's actually funny.

There was no trial, so the only time Mayweather said anything was when he pleaded guilty you numbskull. It's backwards, the judge KNOWS you're pleading, and that this may just be a get out of jail free move, but they still treat as if you ARE guilty, it's called protocol. Wow Lance, read a book sometime. :tong

:patsch:patsch, depending on trial length (1-3 months), at anywhere from $1-$3,500 an HOUR for 2 to 3 lawyers EACH, PLUS additional attorney and filing fees, yea, the **** adds up quick and over time. Plus, it wasn't just the domestic case, it was the other two trials he would have had for the additional assault charges. LMAO...

THE STATE OF NEVADA was not going to reimburse him Lance. What fairy-tale reality do you live in?

Margo made millions out of his bad man reputation and Floyd stock will also go up. That's how the sport works...

As a prizefighter I rather be one that beats up women than one who gets caught trying to bring cheat wraps into the ring.

 It's comical how much you THINK you know. Obviously much more then Floyd's high powerd attornies, since even THEY could not get floyd off with no evidence. :nut

All you are doing is making GUESSES.

Are you in law school? How much do YOU know about the law?

Look, we've established you are living in denial. FLOYD admitted his crime to the judge. And yet, YOU think he did nothing. WTF is wrong with you? :huh

I think you're bordering on the ******ed Lance. Let me see if I can break it down, reeeaaaallllyyyy simply. Let's put you on trial.

    1. You are brought up on charges from the state.

    2. You get a lawyer.

    3. A hearing date is set. (At this point is where you high priced lawyer keeps you out of the hearing process for over a year with continuances)

    4. During this time, the state prosecution contacts your lawyer with a plea deal. You accept to avoid trial.

    5. You and your lawyer show up to the hearing, where the charges are read.

    6. The judge asks you "HOW DO YOU PLEA?"

    7. You respond w/ "guilty" or "innocent"

8a. If you plead innocent, a date for trial is set and you can look forward to being in litigation for at least a year.

8b. If you plead guilty, the judge reads off the charges, and begins every charge with, "DO YOU ADMIT TO THE CHARGE".

    9. A date for sentencing is set, etc. etc.
