Baldomir didnt lose a fight in 9yrs prior to fighting Floyd. Baldomir and Marg damn near got the same style, come forward and throw punches, and Baldomir's punches are actually more accutrate IMO. Margarito is wide with all his punches.
Both got L's on their record so its not like Floyd fought the fighter will L's and left an undefeated one. Its all hate that Floyd didnt fight their favorite fighter to bring him to stardom. F dat Margarito earn yo own ****.

Paul Williams will not be at welterweight for more than a year. That is a guarantee. He was 6'2 162 lbs at fight time. That is a damn middleweight I don't care what you say. Margarito would be good at jr.middle but still he wasn't 160lbs.

And yes Margarito started extremely slow and I believe it was by design. They wanted more power versus more punches. Had he met Williams punch for punch I think he would have gotten the TKO. But like I said, he will right the wrong next time around. And your toopetty ass will be eating crow like you shoulda been the first time.

 

I find it funny that you are now blaming size for his loss.

Margarito's entire career was based around being a huge welterweight, and being the bigger man on fight night.

 

I know by past experience that you have some trouble breaking things down. That said try and figure this out.

We have two pressure fighters. One is a full 5 lbs heavier and 3 inches taller. He also has the longer reach and is younger.

Who wins most of the time? In another thread it was asked who would win between Ricky Hatton and Miguel Cotto. How many picked Cotto?

Now as far as I'm concerned they thought Williams would be one they could knock out with one punch. They made a vital error and again, I believe in the rematch they would throw more punches.
