With loaded gloves I agree. Without loaded gloves I doubt it.

Yeah PBF is so scared of a guy who's a stylistic wet dream for him and wouldn't lose a round to. You Margo lovers are in fantasy land. PBF tools that windmill Margo loaded gloves or not.:deal

this was April 25, 2006....AFTER The Mayweather-Judah fight (Floyds last fight with Top Rank)

Notice this 8 Million is offered AFTER Mayweather decides to leave the company to secure himself a fight vs ODLH.... And how was he going to give him 8 million to fight Margarito? How much was Margarito going to make?

"We are not turning down Margarito. I want to make that crystal clear. When and if he is the best available option for Floyd's next fight, that's the direction he will move in."-- Ellerbe....

now someone tell me was Margarito ever a better financial option than DLH or Hatton?

You floyd fanboys are the worst group to give an opinion on Margarito, simply because you hate whoever Floyd hates.

That wasn't the first offer either. Arum offerd Floyd a career high payday before that. And YOU'RE the idiot.

You weren't even around boxing then, so how the **** do you even say this? Becasue you need an article? ****in noob...:patsch

WAIT so Arum & Margarito actually ducked Mayweather?

"That's not in the cards," Arum said. "He wants $20 million for the De La Hoya fight? It's not there. Sometimes, my man, you gotta know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em. We'll talk about things down the road."
    :rofl

Arum was trying to do to Mayweather what he's doing to Pacquiao:lol:

I like how you just quoted the part that suited you.

Maybe you missed the second paragraph:

"According to Arum, Mayweather turned down the career-best purse to meet Margarito on Aug. 12 on HBO Pay-Per-View, instead opting for free agency by buying Arum out of their deal for $750,000."

I simply wanted to see the fight, win or lose for either. The contrasts between the two would have made for a good scrap.

Lol, I mean, how good was prime Margarito? The world will never know...

Although I don't see Bradley crumbling over Margarito's pressure, Margarito was famous for throwing 100 punches per round, so i'd fsvor him

This means **** all, and has been posted a hundred times. nice try noob... It was a convenient excuse to not face Maregarito. See where Arum said "We'll talk down the road." What does that mean to you? It means....face the guys in front of, we'll talk about the next fight after. Get a grip...
