You keep dodging the facts bruh:-(

Your boy just posted an article that stated it was Arum who didnt want to offer Floyd the correct amount of money and didnt want to try to make a fight vs Oscar De La Hoya. Then you make the claim that "Floyd priced himself out":rofl

PBF didn't price out anything the guy knew his value and has been proven to be right in the end. Arum low balled PBF just like he does with all his fighters. Hell even Manny doesn't get what he should be getting. Arum is a POS it's no wonder why when fighters smarten up like Oscar and PBF did they leave his ass.:deal

Absolutely Floyd was right in the end but he could have took what was a record payday in early 2006 and still went on and have the subsequent fights he had or better still he could have fought him after Hatton.

Those facts don't mean jack ****. :patsch You don't see how talking about money for OTHER fights when we're talking Margarito and Floyd means dick? You bought that crap because you wanted to.

Like I said, you act like it's impossible for Floyd top have fought margarito, then discussed purse for cotto or hatton AFTER.... damn you're dense...

Too many guys act like if Floyd fought margarito, then there's no chance to face DLH. As if it was ONLY one or the other. :patsch

Yes, Floyd had doubts. if it was such an easy win, then take the fight, win, and move to the next guy. Isn't that how it works? :patsch

Probably wouldn't have been because that would have meant PBF would have had to sign an extension with Top Rank. I really doubt if he had Arum would have gone out of his way to try and make a fight with Oscar. He would have likely kept feeding him his stable of Top Rank fighters.

Dude he fought Judah on April 6th, this article is from April 25th....proving my original point that Arum NEVER tried to make this fight UNTIL After Mayweather left his ass high and dry. That fact cant be disputed

Dont forget the actual meeting of Mayweather/Margarito where these board crazies keep saying things like Floyd wet his pants when confronted by Margarito when all he said was win your next fight and we could talk. Margarito lost to P WIlliams.....lol, but of course, that is Floyd's fault.

This is what always gets me with the hard core Floyd fans on here. Instead of saying "yeah wouldn't it of been great to see him fight Cotto, Margarito, Mosley, Williams back in 07/08 when the welterweight division was really hot" you get excuses on why these fight didn't need to happen.

I would of picked Floyd to beat all these guys but it would of been great to see him do it

NO he couldnt have because he would have never landed a fight vs DLH. That article clearly states that Arum didnt want to make a DLH fight.

    Last time

According to Arum, Mayweather turned down the career-best purse to meet Margarito on Aug. 12 on HBO Pay-Per-View, instead opting for free agency by buying Arum out of their deal for $750,000.

    Happy trolling:thumbsup

Yes it would have been cool but would Mayweather got 30 million and would Cotto have got 15 million in 2007?

According to the Nevada Athletic Commission, Mayweather was guaranteed $32 million to fight Cotto last year....

it was smart for both fighters to wait
