    Read up on USADA and the Garcia-Morales, Wright-Quillin, and Broner-DeMarco fights. USADA tests until a guy is clean, throws out test samples, and flat out lies about testing having taken place.

    Floyd paid USADA about $150,000 upfront for testing for the Pacquiao fight compared to around $35,000 for other fights.

    Floyd wanted a clause in the contract with language pertaining to TUEs and protocol for failed drug tests (why?!!?)

    Floyd rejected a $5 million dollar penalty for a dirty test (why?!!?).

    Floyd is dirty and once he no longer contributes to the economy in Sin City, he will be exposed.

    That's pure bull****, written by a joke journalist with a bone to pick. USADA never threw out any tests.

    Mayweather didn't reject anything. The contracts were signed sealed, and delievered, and then suddenly Manny wants to reopen the negotiations and add new clauses. Its too late? And such a clause isn't even necessary as Floyd could have forfeited his purse or been fined much more than 5 million for failed test.
