Oscar is not a face first take 2 to land 1 kind of fighter, he doesn't simply walk through fighters like Margo does, he doesn't like getting hit, just look at his fight with Pac. Baldo is a D level fighter. Canelo is the same as Oscar. Guys who likes to walk through shots that Floyd fought are Castillo, Hatton and Maidana. Look at pbf fight against baldo he moved a full 12 rounds that was right before he fought oscar and it was at 147 not 154 pbf has never looked great at 154 nor did he move much at that weight. Also maidana fights nothing like Margo he's faster but more importantly throws a looping overhand right a punch that Margo didn't throw like maidana. He's also much more awkward than Margo and hits harder.

3) Anyone can move around Baldo for 12 rounds. He doesn't apply pressure nearly as well as Baldomir. Cotto would like Muhammad Ali against Baldo.

4) Maidana does fight like Margo, just cause they dont throw the same exact punches doesn't mean they are not of similar style. They rely on similar strengths of their game. Sure Margo may not have that looping overhand, but as Divac pointed out, Margarito goes for mass, and with his imposing size and weight and volume, it tends to work.

 

Margo doesn't fight anything like Castillo dumbass the only thing they have in common is that they are both Mexican. Castillo is an educated pressure fighter who used a jab and subtle defense to cut the ring get inside and get to the body. Margo was uneducated in his approach had no jab came forward threw punches and ate shots.
