Since the mosley fight he has lost two fights, Pacquiao and Cotto, and its not like Cotto beat his ass, Cotto targeted his eye knowing the Dr who is also Rican, would eventually save Miguel and did so the moment miguel gassed, it was hardly and ass whippen Miguel was ready to go.
So that leaves the Pacquiao fight, again mother ****er fought with a broken face dude, and lossing to Pacquiao doesnt prove ****, Manny has defeated allot of solid guys including making Cotto quit for a 2nd time.....

so your he hasnt won a significant bout since argument is weak as ****.

Regarding filing an appeal to clear his name, in a perfect world it would be nice to be able to do that, but an accusation like this you need the evidence in order to build your case, the evidence vanished....

I did not bother reading the "facts" (only jumping to the end), only wanted to say **** MARGOCHEATO! The guy got suspended for a reason and also he performed SO well after he got caught. Its funny how Margocheato or his slime-ball trainer did not dispute that the gloves they were tampered with only his "fans"

 

Why didn't they pursue the case and make Margarito innocent? Obviously because he was guilty.

They did try to appeal, but CSAC lost the evidence how convenient you cant prove your innocence in a civil hearing with out evidence to prove it... They lost the evidence because they know Bob Arum was coming to prove his innocence they basically lost it intentionally to cover up the fact that there really wasnt anything there

Your talkin about a commission who has had a long history of corruption it starts from top to bottom a commission that got busted for having kids fight in private boxing events for money while they gambled and drank at those fights exploiting kids so they could make money.

Yet you want to pretend like this commission here is on the up and up?

 

Oh so the evidence Margarito needed to be innocent just vanished coincidentally and it's not Margarito's case but the commision? Cmon man stop with the excuses. Margarito has most likely been using loaded gloves for most of his career.

--> Look at the Paul Williams fight, he gets stronger in the late rounds because that's when the gloves harden. He almost KOed Williams in the 11th

--> Look at the Sebastien Lujan fight. His ear has almost been torn off in the late rounds (stool stoppage) because his gloves hardened from the liquid form

--> Look at the Cotto fight. Cotto dominates for the early rounds and then as the gloves harden Margarito get's better

There is no disputing that Margacheato used loaded gloves not only in the Cotto fight but for most of his career. After he got caught he started losing easily, fact.
