Mosley was probably roided and Pac ruined his face with illegal wraps. That fight should never have gone on. Once that happened he was never going to be the same. However, there are those of us that were rooting for Cotto in the second fight that are pretty convinced had it not been for the Pac damage, that fight was headed the same way as the first.

I understand you enjoy the comfort of Cottos sack gently on your face, but FYI your boy ran out of gas thats why the Dr saved him... he saved all of you from another embarrassment and this was all with Cottos catchweight, bigger gloves everlast brand at his insistence NY only venue and Nazim, Miguel didnt believe he was cheated if so why would he insist on all of these demands?
why not set the playing field as it was and prove it....? Cus Miguel knows deep down he got his ass beat and knows to this day he was saved in the rematch

 

Why you keep mentioning gay acts for? you're the one with 80 posts in this thread within a two day span, if anybody wants to do something gay with a fighter its you with Margarito being that you have dedicated 80 posts in a two day span to defending his honor.

Cotto landed the hardest shots in the fight in the last round of the rematch, a fight where Margarito was hopelessly behind and probably lost every round of it, same with Pacquiao and Sugar Shane fights....Margarito retired cause he realized how ineffective he was without his wraps.

 

And where's your proof that Mosley was roiding during the time period he fought Margarito? and the irony of you accusing Pac of using illegal wraps on Margarito shouldn't escape anybody LOL

 

Mosely was a known roider and knew the test schedule. He just happened to look younger again for one fight under those conditions? Proof? No but the signs are there.

Garcia complained bitterly about the wraps and was over ruled. Good old Texas. He should have gone back and re-wrapped Margo at that point. He couldn't refuse the fight because the Texas commission passed the wraps. Bazooka has done a good job with the wrap issue and I've had plenty of PM's with him on the issue. He is sincere and knowledgeable. Boxing is a dirty sport.

 

Your conclusions on Mosley roiding against Margarito sounds more like wishful thinking than it does reasonable speculation. And you say Mosley looked younger against Margarito but Margarito since he's been caught has looked like a whole lot less of a fighter since he was caught and hasn't put a serious dent in a opponent nor has he gotten one stoppage win since then.

A long layoff fight, then he gets physically destroyed. He WAS getting to Cotto late in the fight but the that fight was stopped on the damage from the previous fight. I knew I'd be sorry I posted. I'm out. I answered all of this in my original post in this thread and this is getting circular. That is why I haven't been on this forum much recently. Even being retired I don't have this much time to waste.

Well look at Mosleys performances prior to the Margarito fight and after the Margarito fight.

 

That's why this place is hopeless. Shane Mosely gets dragged before congress and confesses yet posters think his resurgence in his non drug tested fight is evidence Margo used illegal wraps prior to this fight. Brilliant conclusion. How many times have we posted the Nevada rules where EVERYTHING that ends up on the fighters hand is handed to them in a sealed bag? That is where Cotto/Margo 1 happened. The overwhelming evidence based on that is Margo simply beat down Cotto. How many times have we seen punchers wear down boxers and stop them late while down on the cards?

Again, long layoff and then a severe beat down against the P4P # fighter and fight 2 with Cotto was looking familiar at the end. Cotto won that fight on damage done by Pac in the previous fight and that is not even debatable.

 

Hermit, this is why we need more real posters here not fan boys, the forum is just littered with them, they do not care about this sport, they only care about their favorite fighters.

But if you want to make this sport better, if you want to improve this sport you have to ask logical questions you have to put aside who you like as a fighter and seek the truth.

and I dont think asking why the inspector who signed Margaritos wraps for the mosley bout why wasnt he fired? thats a valid question and it simply goes to prove that California ****ed up here and their actions are not consistent of a commission that caught someone with solid proof.

a 1 year suspension for plaster? **** that **** if its true ban his ass for life.... yet they give him a suspension someone would get for using steroids why?

this is a mans life that was ruined behind a bunch of corrupt individuals HBO had to have had cameras in the dressing room I mean this was Margarios fight just after beating Cotto dont you find it strange that they didnt show any of the drama un fold?:think just like they blatantly didnt show the "Crack" until fight 2 during 24/7?

if I were Margarito I would have sued Cotto and HBO for defamation especially knowing Kizer cleared Margarito
