    Hi Guys

I just rewatched the fight and I recall specifically how these two said they had it 85-84 for Pascal at the end of the 9th.

    Their final scorecards were:

    AL-B = 114-112 BHop = he won the last 3 rounds
AT = 114-112 Pascal = he won 2/3 of the final 3 rounds

Now forgive me if thia has been mentioned here, but how on earth does pascal win a 10-9 round from the last 3? I could see and argument for the 12th to be a 10-10 but com' on 29-28 Pascal for the last 3?

My final score card was: 113-115 Hopkins with the 12th being a 10-10 round

I gave Pascal round 12. I think a lot of people may have been swayed in that round - and perhaps a couple of others - by Bernard's body language compared to Pascals. He was smiling and grinning like he was landing all his shots, and Pascal was looking a bit worried like he was taking them all. But Hopkins actually missed a fair bit and Pascal landed some good counter shots inside.

The Showtime press scorecards were similarly split from memory. Just goes to show it was a close fight. Jim Gray was a total ass in his interviews.

i've watched the fight 3 times now..
first time i watched knowing that it was a draw and everyone saying hopkins won..etc..
the 2nd time i looked at certain rounds more carefully to judge it better than before. I still gave it to Hopkins by two points.

the third time..i tend to pay attention to where pascal may have won the rounds other than the knockd own rounds..the fight was close! A draw may have been a bit off edge, i would still give hopkins the fight..but super close.

Anybody think Mason Dixon was hating on Hopkins constantly, on the sly?

Dude....I don't care what you think you can agrue for the twelth round....10-10 rounds are almost never given....niether are 10-9 rounds when one fighter scores a knock down. If you idiots want to change the rules in the score just cause you emotionally want old popkins to get the W go for.....you look like hypocrates:good

After the third round I had to admit even if Hopkins was landing more, Pascal was hurting more.

When you have 2 Kd's, you fold your opponent knees in the 5th and your opponent is smiling alot after getting cought in late rounds.

Means one thing to me, you hit hard and it's pro boxing, hard hit>jab.

Plus, more Hopkins is denying like a baby that Pascal wasn't hitting hard, more I think he was hurting him like no one before. Hopkins proved many times, he's a pro at denying.

If you are not biaised and you love competitive fight, this fight is close as **** to score.

I had for Pascal 5 rounds.

    1,2,3,5,10

    8,9,12 are extremely close,
