Bull****... many round have been scored 10-10. I can even give you an example of a round that was scored 10-10 even when one of the fighters scored a clean knockdown.

Holyfield vs. Moorer I, Round 2-

Moorer was down in the round but other than going down he did more than Holyfield. So, without the knockdown it would have been 10-9 for Moorer. Moorer went down so -1 on Moorer's end... that makes it 9-9, can't have that... even rounds are supposed to be scored 10-10, Get it?

 

Supposed to be 10-10 because even rounds are scored 10-10 no matter how many knockdowns. I have seen 9-9 rounds because of point deductions though.

Not all judges or refs stick to the rules exactly though.
