Tarver is a Bum whose opinion should not be taken seriously, he himself was never a particularly good fighter...

 

If someone is a good boxer (was a good boxer), he doesn't need to have any knowledge of boxing history, coaching knowledge, or ranking knowledge.
Although IMO a former world champion should have at least basic knowledge.
The claim that Inoue is not P4P Top 10 is a total fallacy.

 

I highly doubt Inoue gives a hell, he’s making bank over there and becoming an ATG in the process. Pretty sweet life.

Antonio Tarver post-retirement comes across as one of the most bitter men in the sport. Is it because he was outshone by Roy, B-Hop and Lights Out JT? Your time has come and gone Tarver enjoy retirement and give some credit to the young and upcoming fighters.
