These are people with emotions and attitudes. What's the difference? You say '**** you' first, and some people remember that **** down the road. Thats the difference.

These Margaret apologist are killing me. The guy is ducking Williams what more proof do you need? He already has a win over him and offered him a career high payday what more evidence do you need?

Because he kicked his ass, and he's walking around saying he wants to do it again, and Marg wants to be the best ww in the world right? That's why.

Margarito is essentially giving Paul a taste of his own medicine.

That's what San is trying to convey basically.

    - Williams avoided an immediate rematch cause he knew the danger and knew that bigger money making opportunities might arise down the track.

    - Margo beats Cotto - he avoids the obvious rematch with Williams because of the obvious danger and knows that down the track much larger dollars will be involved.

Case close, they are both are as greedy as eachother.

Its boxing, don't talk like you don't know your arse from your elbow just because its Margo, im sure Margo isn't hurting deep in side over Williams "spitting in his face" if by that you mean taking a typical boxing easy route in a hope for higher financial rewards (and in the end it will pay off $$$).

And why would Margo want to deal with him? Well, because if he wants to be the best, he is going to have to beat the best. And the first major step in that is beating the guy that he lost to a short time ago.

You act like its surprising or terrible of Williams to really want the fight now that Margos a name. Of course he is going to want the bloody fight now, why wouldn't he? He knows he is in for a good shot at winning again and this time there are going to be serious $$$ involved.

Much like how Williams avoided Margarito after their first fight?

I think Kona said it best, they're both being greedy...and they both played the same stupid ass game with one another which cost fight fans more than it does each other.

Weak logic, weak post. Common sense is the deciding factor in this debate. You can't convince me with this ****. Come better than that.

The real dick move was team Margarito and Margarito his self being completely disrespectful and cheap after the loss, they called Paul all sorts of things and claimed they won the fight easily. It was only fair for Paul to treat him the same way.

Now when Margarito is fresh off a big win the fight is worth happening business-wise, it's the best Welterweight fight right now, waiting for it was a smart move on team Williams' part. Now Williams is doing the work of trying to set up a rematch when Margarito is the one that should do it.

I keep waiting for someone to make a good argument for Paul, he deserves it. Surely there's someone out there...

Williams never ducked AM lol. this has to be the biggest crock of you know what to hit the boards. Not you, but this lie that Paul said no to AM about an immediate rematch lol. AM clearly wants Arum to soley promote the rematch. In other words, he wants Arum to bring his judges lol I don't know lol.

But on Margarito's part it wasn't. He wanted a rematch quickly and really could've used one, especially since Margarito's rep was more or less shot after being built up as "The Welterweight who Floyd and Mosley ducked".

The saying goes something like, "Turnabout is fair play" right?

I don't think it's right. I don't think it's what should be done but you can see where Margarito stands about feeling left out when he was asking for a rematch. Now that Williams wants it, Margarito is probably going to play keepaway for a while.

It's stupid and if it was up to me, the fight would be on like pronto...but what can ya do?
