In 2013, a 41 year old Antwun Echols did an interview with sportswriter Don Doxsie of the Quad City Times, the local newspaper of Echols' (as well as Michael Nunn and thee one, and thee only, Mario040481) hometown of Davenport, Iowa. This is a very, very, and oh so interesting interview, conducted on account of Echols' stated intention of mounting a comeback. Did I say this was an interesting article/interview yet? Before starting, ask yourself, how many children do you think he may have at the time of publication.... https://qctimes.com/sports/kid-dyna...cle_af5ccc58-7bd8-11e2-9c4c-001a4bcf887a.html
Wow. I didn't realize he ended his career with so many losses... so many KO's. Hope he's OK. And his score plus children.
Although the given cause currently slips my mind, for some reason or another, we, the long suffering boxing fans, were deprived of the opportunity to witness what could've been one of the most amazing comebacks of a long over the hill fighter. I think we the fans were downright cheated outta seeing something special.
