I'm about 108kg-110kg, I am having my first amature on the 24th feb, already had 1 unlicensed (which I lost) last July. I am 1 of the first students on the AASE boxing programme, so I train 1 hour 30 minutes in the morning and 1 hour 30 minutes at night about 4 times a week all together. I am about 6"3 and I can currently bench around 110kg but my cardio is quite poor but I also suffer from shin splints a bit, so I ride my bike to the gym instead of running. My fittness, leg strength and footwork as well as my guard has improved a lot since my last fight but any tips and advice especially about strength and conditioning (don't want to burn out) is welcome.:bbb:smoke
