    If it's all the world titles, then you are undisputed but just two is unification.

    The definition of unify is "join or combine", which is exactly what Chavez did with two of the major belts. Wladimir Klitschko, for example, is called the unified heavyweight champion of the world, even though he only has two world titles. So Chavez has unified and Mayweather hasn't. Simple as that.
