    3 min x 12 rounds
    or perhaps do 3 x 4 bag, 3 x 2 skip, 3 x 2 shadow, 3 x 4 bag

2 x 3 minute rounds just doing what ever
2 x 2 minute rounds consists of; 1 minute just left jab (right if your s/paw) then 1 minute alternate straights. Quick as you can.

Do this with skipping (3 x 3s) and shadow in between and then do another set of bag work.

Try to count the number of punches you throw first time round and then beat it second time round.

1.circleing to your right throw jabs to the head and body double up on the jab triple the jab focus soely on jabs
2.now its time for some 1-2 combinations jab jab cross, jab cross jab jab, move to your right but change directions
3.hooks to the head and the body work on form power and speed will come with technique
4.put it all together work on stratagies adding feints and head movement
5.repeat or add some punchout drills and some power boxing and call it a wrap
