2 x 3 minute rounds just doing what ever 2 x 2 minute rounds consists of; 1 minute just left jab (right if your s/paw) then 1 minute alternate straights. Quick as you can. Do this with skipping (3 x 3s) and shadow in between and then do another set of bag work. Try to count the number of punches you throw first time round and then beat it second time round.
