Any brits picking garcia?

  1. There must be a few surely?

Personally I think he will do ok trying to use the blueprint Petersen laid out, khan is not great at adapting and seems incapable of fixing his flaws for whatever reason.

Ultimately though I just don't think garcia will have enough to pull it off, the way some people talk its like khan had no success against peterson which is not true

Khan ud with the points being a bit wider than reality

We all knew when Khan started fighting on ITV that he had no inside game. So Peterson didn't really lay out anything. It's just that Khan's defence and ring iq isn't good. He doesn't recognise when he's got an opponent hurt etc.

Khan is an ambush fighter he like's to move forward but obv doesn't like it when his opponents are hunting him down lol.

Garcia looked a bit slow the few times I've seen him. Looks made for khan.

Garcia is a decent fighter and has a chance but I think he needs to up his aggression to win this.

I think any fighter round world level will give Khan a good fight and i expect Garcia will have his moments but i think Khan just takes this one..

Khan TKO Garcia wont be able to take the punishment Peterson took to get inside is the first problem then 100 more.

I think this could be over pretty early, Khan might overwhelm Garcia whose a bit of a slow starter and get him out of there in the first few rounds.

What Khan has is effective , he is almost a freak athlete , very fast hands , very fast reflexes , he's very fit and strong , he has good solid fast straight punches

Yes i agree Peterson laid out somewhat of a blue print on Khan , and that blueprint is " walk forward in a straight line , tuck up , and engage Khan on the inside " , it really was that simple , or did Peterson make it look that simple ??? . Difference between Garcia and Peterson is that Peterson fundamentally is a much better all round fighter than Garcia , and the subtle things world class fighters do make all the difference , Garcia is a strong , game , capable kid , but what he has isn't enough to stop Khan in his tracks IMHO .

But i will say this ........... and this is something which has got me alarmed about Khan from that day forward , the tactics used by Lamont Peterson to completely nullify Khans main weapons , " were basic tactics " , very basic , and Khan couldn't get anything off , he couldn't adapt , he basically was nullified as soon as Peterson began pressing , with this in mind , Garcia may just give Khan not just something to think about , but a lot to think about :yep

Khan on points. He'll be too fast for Garcia and jump about all over him like a kangaroo. I expect Garcia to hurt him at some point though.

He won't stop him. Garcia's chin is way too solid. Garcia's lack of recklessness may be his downfall. He pauses when setting up his punches, even when trying to finish. He's not the best finisher and I don't see him throwing two fisted attacks at Khan like Peterson was. That said, I think Garcia will hurt him a fair few times but Khan will come back. Khan SD/Close UD

    Expect another great fight.

Garcia tends to get bruised and bloodied quite easily compared to other fighters. Khan will defintely have a nice target in front of him unless Danny starts to throws his head down like what peterson did.
