I'd say sometime next year. He's fought frequently but is still very young. I think he's moving at a good pace, and MW is not very deep, so I would say sometime next year.
Also depends if Pavlik keeps tying up the two belts he has and Sturm doesn't ever step up. That leaves the vacant IBF, and I doubt whoever wins it will want to defend against Jacob's soon. He may be delayed by boxing politics.
