Any Chance of Herbie Hide getting a shot at a cruiser belt?

    Just wondering. Someone mentioned the other day that he is still fighting pretty near the top. If the man could add a cruiser belt, he would have a hell of a legacy.

    So weird, I was just thinking about this a couple of hours ago. I think that Hide could win a belt if given the chance...

    I read that he was going to get a title shot. I might have read in on the Eng board.

    Hide would knock Haye out. Haye refused to fight Hide.

    I dont know about Hide anymore. He got knocked by Journeymen Nuri Seferi first round.

    Hide's been fighting C-level journeyman in Germany.

    I really dont how good he still is, his competition says he is at least B-level. Not sure how he would fare against the top guys at Cruiser right now.

    Cruiser isnt the deepest division, but the beltholders are all skilled guys, not P4P but elite level for the weight class.

    Inactivity is going to be his worst enemy at this point. That combined with age.
