    Eh? Me?

The morning running feels fine. Like I said, I can't push too hard because I'm too unfit to do that much, but it doesn't make me feel weak or ill.

Anyone got an actual idea of what to do instead, then?

See how it goes, if you don't feel ill or anything, do it!

Cheers mate. I've only got pullups, dips, and dumbell press to gauge it on, but I don't feel any weaker.

I get out on the mountain bike most mornings and throw in brutal sprints more or less daily. I have had no negative impact on my strength (dips, chins, HSPU and deadlifts continue to go up). My cycling is usually done at 6 am without even coffee in my guts and I love it.

On the fasting thing, I've just had a few consecutive days eating just once a day and, again, no negative side. I've changed from eating 6-8 times daily (did this for 20 years or so until September 2010) to just filling my pie-hole with as much meat, fish, eggs, cheese, veggies, tubers, fruit and double cream as I want...and often I don't get hungry a second time in the day, even if I've deadlifted heavy, biked for 2 hours, etc. The important thing for me is to not eat cereals and stuff that guarantees I'll be starving 2 hours later (probably blood sugar issues). Also, I'm leaner this way than when I was a grazer and basically not a fat **** slave to tucker anymore.
