Any estimates on how much Floyd weighed in the ring?

155 to 158.

Some might tell me that im mad.

But if JMM was 148 Floyd had to be 8 to 10 pounds more.

Anything below 154 is reaching i feel. Marquez looked like a Dwarf next to him.

come on guys, jmm with his wide trunk for this fight came in at 148. there is a reason why pbf did not have himself weighed before the fight.

probably because he did not want people to know the drastic difference between him and jmm.

the guy was ripped and huge compared to some of this other fights.

i think he was clearly around the 155-160 range. heck, my wife who does not know mayweather nor marquez remarked that the black guy looked very big compared to the other fighter.

and that was a comment from an untrained eye who was just stating an honest opinion.

jmm came in at 148 and people want us to believe that pbf came in at 152. :rofl

The thing with people saying "if jmm was 148 then pbf was 10 pds bigger" is jmm wasn't a real 148. Take a look at floyd fight night pics for baldomir and where he weigh 147 on fight night and compare that to jmm pics on saturday.you will see floyd is still bigger. It was two different types of 148 pds because of their frame. Pbf 148 was muscle an jmm had more fat. Just because jmm was 148 doesn't mean floyd was 160 because he looked bigger. Floyd's weight is all muscle.

 

We'll never know unless we are told. Guessing is not an option for me.

Floyd probably gained 8 to 12 pounds. Which is why I'm guessing he didn't allow HBO's scales in to weigh him. He gained more weight than he'd like people to know, which is fine. DLH use to do that alot.

this is the funniest **** i read in a while. JMM was 148 lbs in the fight. how could anyone seriously think floyd was weighing only a pound more than JMM last saturday. he looked like a gorilla in there fighting an old chimp

Sounds about right. These of you who say he did not weigh more than 152 before, and that's why he cannot be above that now are delusional. That was two years ago. Back then I am sure Floyd had no problem making 144 if he had to. Today it's a different story. He didn't want to weigh himself is an indirect indication he rehydrated quite a bit. But without him getting on the scale the best indication we have is comparing him to Marquez, since they were standing next to each other all night. And Floyd was much bigger than 148 lb Marquez. When Mosley fought Margarito both guys were 160 lb on the fight night. Floyd looked about the same size as these two guys, and much bigger than Marquez. 157-160 is about right.
