Any fighter in history that could of beat the Pacquaio that fought Cotto 2009?

    A few guys could've beaten a no skill using, mindless brawling Cotto at a catch weight, especially if they were on PED's.

    Many of fighters could've taken care if pac on any given day and some multiple x's on days ending in y.

    Quite a few could have actually but that's not to say that 2009 pacquiao wasn't a beast he was quite the fighter

    at welterweight its too many but just a few are Duan, Leonard, SRR, Myweather, whitaker, prime for prime SSM, ODLH, etc

    so bad manny steward said right after the bell against cotto

    "i never known a fighter to fight everyone performing at a high level from featherweight all the way up to welterweight"

    also said many things the fight it takes a special fighter to make manny to be shocked

    Even Freddie Roach said it was Team Pacquiao's fault the fight didn't happen initially :patsch. He also thinks Mayweather is the greatest fighter of this era.

    Look the 2009 Pac probably was juicing. However we will never know for sure. I cant see any fighters beating that Pac at the weight he fought Cotto or at LWW or lower.

    There's a pretty good number of welterweights I'd pick over Pacquiao. And Floyd too.

    They peaked at lower divisions and WW has been a talent-rich division throughout history
