Was wondering if there are any fights tonight, and if so will they be worth watching?

Victor Ortiz vs. Marcos Maidana is on HBO. Probably the best fight on paper this weekend. Arthur Abraham fights Mahir Oral, which will be aired via tape-delay on Showtime. Juan Manuel Lopez headlines a Latin Fury PPV with Jorge Arce in the co-feature.

    Lot of good fights tonight...

    JuanMa vs Lontchi
    Ortiz vs Maidana
    Abraham vs Oral
    Arce vs Lumacad
    Martirosyan vs Tsurkan
    Linares vs Perez

No big fights per se, but some that are definitely worth watching.

Yeah about that; will the Ortiz-Maidana fight clash with Juanma's fight, mate? I'll be watching in the early hours from England so I don't know if they will clash time-wise or not.:think

Probably not. The Top Rank PPV begins at 9 EST and there's three fights prior to the main event, including Foreman vs. Bundrage which is almost certain to go the full 12. The HBO telecast begins at 10 PM EST, and since it's the only fight HBO is airing, more than likely Ortiz-Maidana will be airing the same time as Foreman-Bundrage or Arce-Lumacad.

Especially on a night when you have two good fights on TV for free as long as you have hbo and showtime.

I can't today either.:verysad....and TBH, Arum is startin' to **** me off with all these PPV's. On one hand, got to be thankful that viewing is EVEN POSSIBLE, but on the other...$40???

I have ordered a few of the Latin Fury Cards, Arce has been a long time fave of mine, but the price has gone up drastically in a year or two's time. 2007-early '08 them cards could be bought for around $20-$25.:yep

Showtime then HBO it is. Plus if a LEGAL stream works, I'd like to watch AA fight live (rather than have to choose between not looking at the computer until after 9pm or knowing the outcome before it comes on Showtime).

The price of it is the biggest crime. This card should be $19.95.:deal
