Well HBO had already committed to Ortiz/Madiana and Juarez/John II so Arum had to go elsewhere for his PPV. Originally this was the slot for the famed...Pavlik vs Mora shitfestival. Pavlik pulled out and they just bumped JuanMa up to the main event.

The undercard originally looked real good...now it's an absolute mess. It's essentially turned into a big show case event.

Oral vs Abraham is probably worth seeing if you've never seen Abraham before.

Maidana vs Ortiz is THE showcase though.
