Regarding fitness/boxing/health etc? My main goal is to be more supple/work a lot more on my flexibility. Your's?
I have to find a way of being able to complete a 2.4 mile open water swim, 112 mile bike ride and then a marathon all in one sitting. Preferably before July 20th ;-)
I am performing 100 rounds of sparring continuously for a UK charity called Sport Relief and then renewing my pro license and aiming of 6 fights before the end of the year.
