Anybody know of any good descriptions of the meals that boxers eat? Meal plans etc. pictures of the actual food would be great too. I remember there was a great pic of the klitschkos preparing a huge steak.
Depends Vitali Klitschko is obviously a lot bigger than most other athletes nevermind boxers but ever since he's been with Sdunek he's been feasting largely on fat out of shape journeymen Someone like Manny Pacquiao who is a lot smaller naturally likes to have his meat lean so ensures he only feasts on drained opponents
