I have alot of training equipment... but before that as an early teen i used to do 20 push ups hourly, 20 sit ups and 20 squats increasing the increment daily by one rep with no rest as an experiment. my training on top of this was as follows every second day... Wrestler bridges 3x1:30min Pull ups (wide) till failure Isometric wall pushes 8 seconds x 15 (boring) Planks jogging 5-8 miles it works okay'ish! won't replace weights or gymnast rings but for a routine thought up at sixteen i can't complain.
1000 situps,500 pushups,bunch of bodyweight for forearms,neck,abs and traps! Jumling rope half our and then if you don't have heavybag do shadowbox woth weights! 3-4 hours training everyday!You would look great!
