i just saw this Best of all time flash elorde http://www.ringtv.com/blog/2223/the_best_of_all_time_az_elorde/ pancho villa http://www.ringtv.com/blog/2286/the_best_of_all_time_a_to_z_villa/
Villa yes hes an ATG flyweight. Elorde probably not but hes still an hall of famer with a very solid record and a top 10 Jr Lightweight ever. Both are probably top five asian fighters ever. BTW i'm not saying that the Phillipines has a bigger tradition and better fighters than Mexico cause that clearly isnt the case but they've had their fair share of great fighters and i think in the up coming years we will see an increase of world class pinoy fighters due to Pac's recent success and popularity.
Saul Alvarez, how bout Angulo he is ranked WBC at 154, Chavez JR would be a huge televised event they could do it in Mexico
Fair enough :good I just find it funny when these pinoys say Mexico is at a "lowest stage" ever, when its pretty much still an elite force in the boxing world today.
Chavez jr fighting Pacquaio would actually be the first time i'd root for Pacquiao against one of our fighters :yep
Humberto Soto would beat the **** out of Pac. Thats why Pac has ducked him for more than 3 years. Juan Diaz is another Mexican that Pac is afraid to fight. Pac has never beaten a prime Mexican great fighter. Pac beat an Old Morales, an Old Barrera, a Semi-Old Marquez, and C-level Mexicans Oscar larios, hector velazuez, etc. Mexico doesnt have a big name champion, because Affirmitive Action is being applied to This content is protected This content is protected like Pac, Floyd, etc. , to give them an oppurtinity to "shine" ________ This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected
