If Peter does not show up in shape, Vitali will beat him. If the Peter of the second Toney fight shows, he will beat the inactive Vitali.

He very well could be but for some reason I think he will be heavier. He needs to be around the weight he was for Wlad or the second Toney fight which is under 250. I doubt he will be under 250 for Vitali.

Peter put on a somewhat impressive performance in the second Toney fight (after he lost the first).

I hope Peter is in fighting shape, not only weightwise, but cardio conditioning, as well, so there'll be no excuses from anyone as to the outcome, whatever happens.

    Well that's the problem.

The last time he was in good shape was against Wladimir Klitschko by the end of 2005. A tank-like fighter like him is always going to weigh more than your average 6'1 heavyweight, and at 243lbs he was in pretty good shape with his abs showing.

A lot depends on how much Vitali has left, but they should take no chance and bring him into great shape. At 260lbs he was pretty unimpressive against Toney, but when he came in little below 250 for the rematch, he won every round and ten times better and more active.
