These photos should be taken with a pinch of salt. He is taking them straight after a workout, of course he'll look good! TBH he isn't ripped and I don't know how they're measuring his body fat but they'll be better off simply guessing! Not that it matters how he looks or how ripped he is, it all depends on how he fights.
Don't get me wrong he looks in better shape than ever, he was 17st 7lbs for his last 2 fights if he comes out at a lean 18 stone i'd be impressed. I just find it hard to beleive he has put on a whole stone of lean muscle but then again i could be wrong, i guess we'll find out in december.
Couldn't agree more mate, by the way if you don't mind me asking where abouts in the north east are you from? I'm from Durham.
This is what 8% body fat looks like.....just for comparison, obvious size difference. This content is protected Its not healthy to be at that kind of body fat for a sustained period ive heard.
That's higher than 8%. The way they're measuring his body fat is way off, but it honestly doesn't matter. Everybody will be able to see whether he has put the work in regardless of whatever method of testing they've been using.
Forget the body fat % it means nothing, it's boxing not bodybuilding. Brad Pitt's picture is so obviously touched up. Tyson's looking good, let's see if skills have improved now.
