Not sub 10% by the pictorial evidence, but exact percentages are pointless. It does make me chortle when people praise him for 'putting in a lot of effort'. He has aspirations to be a holder of meaningful belt holder ffs - getting in shape is the absolute chuffing minimum I expect. It's the equivalent of someone writing 'punctual' as a strength on their CV. "Oh, so you will turn up on time, will you? What a hero you are". Frankly, it just highlights what a physical embarrassment he was previously.
Couldn't agree more with this. He says something along the lines of 'I'm now running an hour a day' in that second ridiculous boasting video of his, as if we're supposed to be impressed. It's like that scene in The Office where accountant Keith puts 'accounts' in the strengths section of his appraisal sheet. It's the bare ****ing minimum that you get yourself in decent shape if you're going to call yourself the best heavyweight since Ali.
Keeping a low body fat constantly is detrimental to your health. Anybody who is 6% body fat all year round, will actually be weaker strength wise and endurance wise. Fat's and good fats are essential. I actually think Tyson Fury is overstraining, and by the sounds of it..? He is not working with a conditioning/nutrition coach. He's body will soon give away, because he is not getting the correct raw materials for recovery. It just seems to me like, he is going ape ****. "He's a badman though"......
Wouldn't it be cool if Tyson Fury, called David Price out... And offered him a white collar fight. So whether ether fighters wins or loses it has no affect on their world ranking. A televised white collar boxing fight.
