He was listed as #5 P4P by Ring Magazine but he was inactive for a year already. He is not even ranked in the Super Bantamweight division where the champion's slot is vacant. Rafa Marquez is ranked #1. Is he injured? Does he deserve to be ranked #5 in P4P list? I think this is irregular that Ring Magazine should correct before it loses (if it hasn't already) its credibility. IMO, Rafa should be dropped for inactivity while Juanma Lopez, Adamek or Froch should climb up to #10. I am just curious why Wlad despite his achievements has not yet entered the top 10 P4P. Can somebody make an explanation on these seeming "irregularities?"
