Any news on Katsidis?

i reakon you look like greeny for sure, i think your my old sparring buddy from sparsis gym, i trained there for a while til i ****ed my elbow up.johny layton used to supervise, ur nicknames cookie.

 

Sparta, You could argue the Patterson effort pars Casamayor, firstly considering he won and Patterson being underated somewhat. Gatti got eaten up at the higher weights with a few notable exceptions but overall his chin was more resolute with alot of his fights stopped by his corner. But the point Im trying to make is although we all love his style unless he turns away from it he'll continue to be stopped at the next level, same as Arturo.

 

the next level? i assume u mean the higher weights,if so i agree to that,but hes at the peak level in his weight division at the present,and hel only get better and stronger. if he goes up in weight it is more so likely he will be stopped by a banger with that style.

but mike aint chinny ,no way ,cant have that style without a chin.

 

No mate the next level being his lost already to a declining Casa and resoundingly to a prime Diaz. He was doing well against Casa no doubt but to lose the way he did only proves my point that unless he gets the KO at some point, he's not technically proficient enough to survive himself against the top guys.

 

i agree with the technicall part. as for casas decline,he did pretty well against a prime marquez,i had it level b4 the stoppage.

the diaz fight was close,not split decision close but close,kats came home strong down the stretch.kats has gone pretty far with a shithouse corner,same with mundine. they need new trainers,but its too late i think.:good

 

That's me well my nose is bent like DANNY'S yeah i was with JOHNNY for while then moved on to BALMAIN P.C.Y.C to train a few guys.

G'day mate im ok how have you been ? i moved back to NYNGAN trying to start up a gym out here see how go, some times i wish i still training down at glebe, witch pub was it jim the GROVE or the VIC, Yeah mate i moved on from JOHNNY LAYTON who taught me a lot to work with the master trainer CHARLIE GERGEN we started to build up a good stable of fighter's but CHARLIE upsets to many people the fighter's had enough an took off to other gym's sad because we were like a famliy over BALMAIN P.C.Y.C we had some tough boy's mate, il see how go out here for 12 month's i might moved back and become head trainer at BALMAIN.

 

thats alright ay,wheres nyngan? the pub at annadale i think,you were there with gergen whatchin some fight,bout 8 months ago.

yeah im gonna start training again next year and get some fights under mi belt, sparsis didnt recomend gergen.

just thinking where to train , i need a good trainer.do you remember me dude? i used to love sparring against ya cause you were big

Yeah mate i do, NYNGAN its out past DUBBO,Yeah the VIC at annadale a good place to watch the fights, Mate you got to know the basic's before you train with CHARLIE cause he won't teach them to you he's more a pro trainer he has only ever taken established fighter's to GREATNESS how do expect a novice to do well with him if he does'nt know basic's, Like we had this pro who had'nt fought for 10 year's ADAM TURNER his name was CHARLIE got him looking sharpe but he left us to but he knew the basic's an we had this jap who was with CHARLIE for 3 year's he had this mad'st right hand ive ever seen he use to knock a lot of guys out but the bloke's who could take a punch ues to school him because he relied on that right hand an that's all he had 3 year's he was with him that's why i would'nt send you there ,mate there's few GYM'S around DAVE BIRCHUL'S at maroubra, IGOR'S at rochdale, ALI ATOM'S at fivedock,or BURWOOD P.C.Y.C. BILLY an CHARLIE don't get a long BILLY'S a mad ******* i had a run in with him to but we sorted it out he's not a bad bloke, any way fought id get that off chest there's not much to do out here im alway's on the forum so if there's somthing about boxing on your mind shoot me a msg.

 

yeah i trained at igors for a while ,sparred a few good fighters there,igors a good trainer i reakon. i opened a cafe in glebe stupidly thinking i could train and run the cafe at the same time,i was in for a rude shock,so i havnt trained for 2 years.im pissing the cafe off to start training again,wana start fighting next year.any way nice talkin 2 ya cookie ,good luck with the gym,im on more and more now cause ive lost motivation with this cafe thing,c u on here.cheers.

 

Katsidis has nothing definate right now. The team are hoping to fight in Jan or Feb. No opponents have been finalised but it wont be Jesus Chavez

And...Katsidis ISN'T signed with Goldenboy. They are free agents. GBP just used them on their shows. I was surprised to learn that.
