Yeah he said he was gonna retire after his last fight and he seemed pretty serious about it saying that he wasn't on the level he believed to be at. Shame, he seemed quite a nice bloke.

I hope he reconsiders. Absolutely no shame fighting at domestic level.

Need to retire. Showed no heart in the Konecny fight imo, looking for a way out at the end.

Simply a limited fighter at British level so for the good of his health, needs to find another way to make a living.

So everyone currenty at British level should retire for the sake of their health? Was he the best fighter in the world? Nope. But his all action style was fantastic to watch whether he was limited or not.

If he is going to stay at British level and fight those types of fights, fair enough. But he shouldn't even dream about a European/World challenge. Small beat him ffs. He didn't want to know at the end of the Konecny fight and couldn't get out of the fight quick enough. When someone stands up to his power he has no ideas. he fell in love with his power after the Pryce fight. Farnell didn't help imo. bellew is another example of a fighter who has fallen in love with his power, "I never thought someone could do 12 rounds with me" "If I hit anyone they will go" etc. Some fighters went 12 rounds with Mike Tyson ffs. Once again Farnell isn't helping imo.
