Naz is the biggest chav on the planet. Even worse than that fat pot head who won the lottery a few year back.

I do not care if all (and there are about an 100 of them) Naz getting knocked out stories are true. What matters is that it makes people happy to hear a piece of **** like that might have been done over. The one I heard of that happened in Leeds was told to my a police buddy of mine. It might be bull**** but it made me happy.

Hope you get over your injury. What weight are you looking to fight at if you turn pro?

OK so if I am an Internet tough then you are an All Action hero who can beat up one of the best boxers in history and his borther.

You should expect banter from such a ridiclious story, whether its true or not................TOUGH GUY!

Maybe if your Idol was Louis Walsh it would be believable that you you grabed him and his brother by the throat and they **** themselves.

Lets see you amateur Record, people on here and myself would have heard of you whats your real name?

Are you still suffering with the injury- if so you'll not recieve any good news from a physio regarding this injury.. When I tore my intecostel muscles in my chest the physio thought initially may have been a RC injury.. He said it would be a career ender and i'm 26.

at last someone that agrees with me.

sorry mate but you story sounds like bull****. maybe if other people didnt lie so much it wouldn't be so bad.

I dont really like armchair critic comment , if you have any ambition of being a pro boxer then you should realise its armchair fans like myself that pay the bills!!! and 95% of the guys on this forum are armchair fans.

with regards to your injury its all dependent on which muscles your have injured. if its the 2 lesser ones you should be ok, if its the 2 major muscles it could be bad. if its all 4 your pretty ****ed. TBH the fact that you feel it when it gets cold is also a bad sign as it shows the muscle is weak. Theres all sorts of exercises that you can do to strenghtn the muscles again, I would not imagine that any form of boxing is good for it as that part of your body is a huge part of throwing a proper technincly perfect punch, lifting light weights and getting heavier is best. Although if it was 2 years ago i would imagine you are way ahead of that.

Im not docter though, i just read alot, Sports injuries are pretty fascinating.

Bobby has a smaller stable then Shannon or Collyhurst. If you impress there you'll have some good sparring and one to one tuition.. I'd recommend bobbys. Collyhurst is a gr8 gym too but I enjoyed Bobbys best.
