No offence to British intended. Just want to see the proportions as they are. To be fair I added options "I'm Eastern European and..." although Klits are only Ukrainian. If you think that things are not just black and white here, vote on who you think is more scared to lose and more ducking. Or, if you can't even tell that much, vote "undecided".
I think something fishy is going on. haye is no saint, but, Wlad said we fight July 2. Then, he says no fight on the 2 because he has to fight Adamek in September. Okay.
I don't think either are ducking at this point. I think Haye genuinely wanted the Wlad bout before his retirement, win or lose...this is why he made what seemed to be a very solid attempt to make the fight in the last negotiations. Wlad choosing to fight Chisora first may have been somewhat of an insult to Haye, and Haye maybe thought that Wlad wasn't taking the bout seriously enough. Or, it could have been the perfect excuse for Haye to delay the Wlad bout until September/October...leaving the sport with a 'W' or 'L' against his name.
To get an idea of what the informed British fans think of Haye, visit the following thread in the Brit forum: http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=290048 Here are a few decent comments:
i think its wlad tbh yeh im english but before the most recent attempt at this fight i was convinced it was haye who was ducking but to choose chirosa over haye now , and agree a fight with adamek in september when you now haye has to defend against his mandatory is a bit ... erm suspicious
