    Yes.

But still Mikey did quit, regardless whether he won or not. In a fight that was probably beginning to shape up as the closest to a dogfight he would ever have been in. Surely this is going to be a big, big factor considering Errol forces a battle of attrition, as he exactly did with Brook.

So Kell quit. Okay. Will this fact, that Brook quit, diminish Errol's punches when they land on Mikey? Can Mikey stand up to such a battle of attrition that Errol will certainly force, physically withstand, not even talking about mentally quitting?

I'm not even trying to knock Mikey. I've already stated how impressed I am at him for daring to be great.

What I am trying to address is how sometimes certain analyses tend to downplay the opposition and therefore the conclusion becomes too bent one way or the other. In this case Kell Brook.

Yeah, I see what you're saying.

Mikey did take the easy way out, I don't blame him, but it was very convenient to just bail out of the fight as it started to look like Salido was putting the pressure.

I expect Mikey to get KO, but I wouldn't be surprised if Mikey figures SPence out and outboxes him, a long shot, but not impossible.

If Mikey can't hurt Spence he's in trouble...I think Mikey is a better technical fighter but it won't matter if he can't back Spence up and earn his respect.

I mostly agree with you. However, I myself will be surprised if Mikey indeed pulls this off.

This has been done before, but not always, and every time it happens it usually takes a very special kind of fighter. That alone, to me, would be a pleasant surprise. We've seen Mikey climb divisions already, but at this high a weight class and against arguably its best?

Lol your a funny guy, so according to you spences performance against brook scared the shite out of all the welterweights? Everyone knows that was a semi shot brook in there, any one who thinks that was a prime welterweight kell is delusional. Even that version gave

Errol fits. These welterweight match ups with spence not happening couldnt have anything to do with marinating the fights for maximum revenue could it?? Its business boy, you think crawford scared of spence? Thurman is injured etc, its business, you have bought into the hype, they saw you coming a mile away, its the boogeyman everyone has gone into hiding lol

And I take it you're the business manager for these welterweights?

I'm sure you have taken into account that like Brook, Errol is most likely going to grow out of the weight pretty soon. The makeable fights with fellow PBC welterweights Swift, Porter and yes Thurman should marinate because logic should be swept aside in favor of fanboyism or pretend-manager, it's always a hoot anyway to give out airs of sophistication:qmeparto:

And Crawford? Yup, he sure is the epitome of take-all-comers. Taking all the scary, nasty comers that Uncle Bob can scrape outside the PBC welterweight universe. But of course Buddy Boy did not have a clue it was going to be like this when he re-signed with Uncle Bob, did he? He's still young anyway, he can waste another 3 or 4 years of his prime fighting the Khans and the Benavidezes....ohh wait, he's 31!

I'm sure savvy, sophisticated pretend-business managers will find the silver lining in all of these. It's called marinating when Spence literally had no other viable opponent willing to step up aside from a former featherweight climbing up the scale. Are you also a flat earther?
