I started watching the fight but the comments spoiled me the fight,I had only scored till round 5 but it's really close,anyone had opinions on this controversial win of Jofre?
Here's my scorecard from a few years back. I thought Jofre did incredibly well against Legra considering the diminished speed of his feet:
I think I had Legra winning but it certainly wasn't a robbery. Really close fight. I'll have to rewatch it some day.
I too had Legra ahead from what I recall, but a great effort from the old man. Call it a "feel-good robbery."
Keep in mind that, if I remember well, Legrá did have points deducted for his blatant dirty game when he was infighting... Considering that, and that he did not have a knockdown in his favour in the second round (he should, he is right to claim that but if the ref didn´t call it the judges cannot do it for him), Eder really won the fight...
I think Legra had the lead but then started to fade as Jofre was coming on. Legra fought very dirty. Close fight with the right outcome IMO.
boy,I did a full review and a finally complete scorecards for the fight,imo, Èder Jofre by MD or UD here,he upped his pressure more and used his brilliant boxing to caught the stalling Legrà.
