I just finished watching Mundine vs Pablo and Mundine looked pretty good, fast jabs I must say and working up and down the body really well.

His best asset is his ability to see punches coming.

I will say it now, he has the goods to beat JC. I didnt think i would say it but i honestly think he could take JC. Mundine has tremendous ability and if he was abit more likeable he would be an absolute superstar in this country.

Mundine is on the verge of Greatness :deal

So in other words you have no answers :-(

You start a thread on here attacking Oz, then you whinge and claim that he started it when posters start telling you to pull your head in for making fun of him being a vet.

You claim Oz never posts facts, yet when given the opportunity to prove anything he says wrong, you are unable to post any facts yourself.

You claim to be objective and interested only in facts, but when I ask you some simple questions, you're unable to provide answers, and instead try hard to be funny with your replies. Interestingly, the answers to these questions are exactly what you attacked Oz for in the first place.

Avoidism is an art, and you don't have the talent for it - it's blatantly obvious you know sweet **** all.

You're a fist class dickhead, doing nothing but trolling here :hey

Good luck, I hope you enjoy the rest of your time here, I'm sure you'll get involved in plenty of stimulating discussions (note SARCASM) :yep :hi:

JC is a prolific combination puncher. If Mundine decides to cover up like he did against Neivas JC will just unload a barrage of punches on him. You have never even seen Mundine against a journeyman southpaw, yet alone an elite one. I think that is a very big call to make. IMO Mundine doesn't posses the offensive weapons to beat the top guys. He is a good defensive counter puncher, but against the top guys it just won't be enough.

As for the fight, and seeing punches coming, he was getting tagged by a guy who was really slow and clumsy. Can you imagine what Kessler or JC would have done to Neivas. They would have annihilated him. His defense was terrible, and he just stood there too often with his hands down, not punching and waiting to be hit. Mundine should have been unloading with combinations, not backpeddling and potshotting with that jab. If you look at the fight on face value it would look good for Mundine, but have a think about it, and tell me how you believe the other top guys in the division would have faired against him. You have to take his opponents ability into account when measuring the success of his performance.

There is little room for rationality in the Mundine equation... hell, i think it struggles to find it's place in the whole forum. (I tried to be rational here once and was promptly lambasted for doing so).

So... pick a side. Venture on to the left, the right... the light the dark... they wont hold you to it... much!
