So far just about everyone of you seem to think that Haye has "the Heavyweight Championship" in the bag and it's just a matter of time.

Any of you out there have any concerns with Haye depending on the match up and who he is fighting?

Don't generalise like that. There are plenty of question marks, the main ones being over his chin & whether his power will carry to heavyweight. The advantage we know he does have is his speed & if that power does carry he will certainly be a handful for those average heavies out there.

The main question marks are obviously over his chin and the way he hold his left hand low. If he carries his power up to heavyweight the way he showed against Bonin and maintains his speed then he has a good chance of making something of himself in the heavyweight division.

Hopefully he proves himself soon though and then gets a shot at Wlad. I can't say who would win until Haye actually fights, however at this moment in time I would pick Wlad to win by UD.

My only knock is on you bringing up Bonin. He is not with the Polish Peoples Movement(in other words he sucks ass and is not a good measuring stick)Poles werent fooled by his record you guys shouldnt be either.

I'm not bringing up Bonin as a good win in anyway, he lost to Audley ffs I know he's crap. :D

But Haye looked quick and comfortable at the weight that's what I mean, so if he maintains the speed he had in that fight then he should have a good chance of success at heavyweight.

Yeah, I'm a Haye fan ... he makes for good exciting fights, I don't over-rate the guy though. But then, I don't over-rate half the guys in the HW division either, I think a lot of them are fat bums and I think Haye will stand with the best of them.

We'll see soon enough I suppose.

I'm British and realistic. Haye could be battered like a cod from the local chippy. He needs to be very careful about who he fights. I would try a couple of low ranked opponents before getting in the ring with the big boys. Personally I think Haye has the skills to clean up but I worry about his chin. I really doubt he can take too much punishment and therefore the wrong opponent will finish him at HW.

i was reading the Daily Express last week and which featured a fairly in depth article about Haye ,breaking down his chances of success in the heavy division with an evaluation of the fighters who stand in his way.Natuarlly they were a little to scathing of Vlad but what really jumped out of this piece was the rumour that Hayes been decked a few times in sparring and from the sound of it straight up flattened. This grapevine rumour was mentioned by the writer, which i hav'nt come across on here or anywhere else on the net.Frank Maloney his former manager also brings up the question marks regarding Hayes chin.Maloney has obviously seen all Hayes fights aswell as his training and sparring sessions,no one will have as much inside knowledge as him so its very poignant that he's not even convinced.Theirs obviously serious questions marks regarding his punch resistance which may explain why he wants that big money payday with Vlad at the 02 arena asap.

I love the way you lot are adopting Wlad as your boy to deal with the big bad Englishman because you have no decent heavies of your own. You bitter ****s.

I refer you to Klitschko-Ibragmiov. Wlad was too wary of Sultan's speed, and Haye is just as quick and more powerful, so he will play it safe and look to keep him at the end of his jab.

    Who's laughing now *****?
