Any recommendations on books from the Bare Knuckle era up to Dempsey’s reign ?

    im looking for some more books on the early history of boxing, I’ve read most of Adam Pollacks books, they’re fantastic, Steven Komptons book on Greb was excellent and I’m currently reading Strong Boy by Chris Klein, I’m curious about any more. Have any of you read the new book on NP Jack Dempsey? Was it worth buying? Any help is appreciated, thank you

    The Dempsey book hasn't been published yet.

    I've been waiting for it to come out for a good few years now but it keeps getting pushed back and back and back ...
