I need some solid tips for a begginer with limited equipment. All I have, are everlast 14 oz training gloves, everlast speed rope, 1- 20 pound dumbell, century 100 pound heavy bag, mex style handwraps, everlast wrist and forearm strengthener, 2- 8 pound dumbells, and 2- 5 pound dumbells. I recently purchased this special fabric workout shirt and was wondering if it really keeps you from sweating, i guess jermaine taylor uses it so it must work. I need a routine for 3-4 days a week. something that will build strength, speed, and stamina. Remember I have limited equip. so I need some bodyweigth exercises. oh and i have a exercise bike with different levels of resistance. will the bike help at all? Thanks and please leave responces. peace.:bbb

    do 100 pushups
hit bag for 6 3 minute rounds with 1 minute breaks between
    100 sit ups
3 sets of as many pullups as you can do
and dont forget to run the dreaded 3 mile run
