So then icemax, how would have dealt with it? How is he an idiot for being attacked for supporting a boxer? Is it not the attackers being the idiots, not the other way round? Stop being so stupid, you know fine well you shout and support your boxer when you go to see them
It makes perfect sense... My football team is losing, I'll defecate in my own hands in front of a whole crowd of people and throw it indiscriminately at the opposing teams fans, hoping to hit as many of them as possible, this getting my own back and filling myself with a sense of achievement that will last all year long.
So how would you know who was supoorting who? Simply by judging accents and how drunk they were? Not being flippant, i just dont know how you can localise ticket sales and encourage neutrals. Especially when tickets are sold online to these events.
Great idea tha, will fill up on a star buffet as well on the day before the next game, make sure ive got plenty ammo
I'd take Mackys version of event/ opinions a bit more seriously if his outlook on the whole Liverpool vs. Manchester situation wasn't so obviously part of the problem he's complaining about.
He doesn't support any boxer mate, he sits on his arse in his council flat in leeds with hes laptop hurling abuse at people over the internet. He doesn't go to boxing shows, hes an armchair boxing fan. He then tells me to grow up atsch Hows about get a job and stop spending your life on an internet forum icemax.
There are some proper scum at football matches though, its not just scousers but they are notorious for acting like that, my mates a newcastle season ticket holder and has said the same stuff, also pissing over the railings on the fans below at St James'
Mate i'm well aware of Liverpool Manchester rivalries and both are as bad as each other at times. Saturday was the bindippers in the wrong. People can believe what they want. I know i'm right :good
Macky, you're coming across as a bad wanker who's pretty much confirming what all us scousers are saying about the Manchester fans on the night, a bunch of pissed trouble-makers. Every post it's "scousers are this" and "scousers are that" and "scousers ruin it for everyone because they're mongs". What kind of argument is that? Fact is the Manchester/Crolla fans were the one causing trouble on the night, only a minority of drunk Liverpudlian idiots caused any and they're just as bad. The Manchester lot were the source of the all the trouble though. If the police asked you to leave then that itself tells people all they need to know, they removed you because you were a problem. Go to a boxing match and cheer on your mate all you want, that's fine. Don't start trying to incite other fans who are drunk and will look for any excuse for a fight though and that's what you were all doing. I was sat in section 15, only 30 yards away from the Manchester contingent, two blokes sat in the front row with red "Million Dollar Crolla" t-shirts on were the main culprits. The vast majority of people don't give a **** about the whole Liverpool vs Manchester thing, whether it be a boxing or a football match. Most just want to go and watch and enjoy themselves. A small minority of idiots from both sides ruin it for everyone else. :nono Segration shouldn't be needed, people should just learn to ****ing grow up and behave like an adult. Hating somebody just because of where they're from is the most idiotic and childish thing in the world. I hate it when some of my mates say "I hate Mancs". I just say to them "Why? Do you know any Mancs personally?" They say no yet say they hate them anyway. What the ****? atsch
I'm on the Manchester side of the debate. And we all know how heated the rivalry is, and has been for a long long time. But I have to say the throwing **** part is stretching the credibility of the story for me !
Nothing too spicy though or you won't get any purchase on your shots, it'll just slip through your fingers
Haha i know them lads, they were chanting anthony crolla songs all night. they got beered and pelted with coins for chanting crolla songs like the rest of us. Chanting Crolla songs isn't inciting violence. Throwing beer and coins is.......end of story.
Because someone starts something doesn't mean that it's ok to then "fill them in" as you put it, why drag yourself down to their level? From the video that was posted I saw one moron walking down to confront the Crolla fans, he then gets punched to the ground, then about 4 people continue to punch and kick him while he is on the floor. Is that self defence when he is on his own and getting beaten whilst on the floor? Is that OK because he started it or is it still wrong because kicking and punching someone in the head when they're on the floor is dangerous and disproportionate to the situation? People need to take a bit of individual responsibility for their actions, what seems like a bit of a rumble in the stands can easily turn into a manslaughter charge if someone hits their head on the concrete.
