Any updates on Margarito?

It seems he is recovering just fine and he will fight cotto in the summer.

 

They are not very strict on this, I have seen fighters that you just saw before the bell rang was going to need surgery after. Recent one I can remember was marquez vasquez 4 where you clearly saw the scar tissue around the eyes of vasquez, he was badly cut in one round.

I think Garcia, a couple of weeks back, said Margarito would head straight back into the ring in the anticipated rematch with Cotto (in the late summer/winter). He said there would be no need for him to take a tune-up.

Yes, he still has nightmares about Pacquiao and p****s blood

Deserves every ounce of pain Pacquiao gave to him.

People seem to forget that he fought with loaded gloves and could of killed someone.

 

One thing im affraid of is if he beats margarito he will start to believe it has to do with steward and that he is what better then he once was. And bob will take advantage of that by making pac vs cotto 2. And despite cotto maybe doing better he will still receive a beating and it will take his soul again. I wish after margarito he would choose another path and leave top rank.

 

I agree, its basically bob arum. I normaly dont say this people but it would be better for the sport if he was six feet under the ground.
