a six pack doesnt mean youre in better shape........sit ups and crunches give you six packs.....but joe has more stamina due to his long distance runs and that will be more important than who looks better

mrplow - situps don't really give you a sixpack, having a low body-fat-percentage does, but I agree; Joe should be in very good shape.

I agree, calzaghe is never ripped he always looks in good shape though.
And I am very pleased with the way he looks compared to the hopkins weigh in.
He looks ready to go and seems very comfortable now at the new weight, I dont think we will ever see him down at super middle ever again, and yes that does mean I think he will box on.
Apparently there is already a clause in the contract for a return in the millenium stadium in wales.
And Calzaghe has hinted recently that he will think over what to do next, that doesnt sound like a guy adamant its his last fight.

Personally I think Calzaghe looks better then he did in the Hopkins fight. He looks more in proportion - he looked frail in someplaces and padded in others for the Hopkins fight.

  11. Yeah, but if he would do some weight work he could certainly improve upon his (lack of) punching power. Geesh .. he (once again) has an upper body more like a sports writer than a sportsman. That pic with Jones having his hands in his pockets looks like he's thinking "YEAHHH!!! I'm fighting a dude that couldn't hurt me if I handcuffed my arms and let him take free shots!!!" Jones looks like one happy camper.

  15. Oh don't get unhappy man. Joe always looks weak as ****. He does look healthier than he did for Hop (of course, Hop looked far better for Pavlik than for Joe as well). Roy is extremely fit in these pics. It has taken him a long time to recover from the post-Ruiz weight loss. This is the best he's looked since that fight. Tomorrow is gonna be interesting.
